- 1. When will my order be processed?

If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm CST will be processed and ship out the same business day. All other orders after 2pm CST will ship on the following business day.
WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.
Weekend orders including Friday afternoon and evening will be processed on Monday- Different billing & shipping addresses entered
- Past history of fraud or charge back has been assigned
- Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards)
- We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders including Friday afternoon and evening will be processed on Monday
- 2. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

YES! We ship to most international destinations. Up to 72 countries. And if your country is not listed, please contact us as we may be able to upgrade to ship to your country
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available.
Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
Additional fees such as taxes, duty, custom charges or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed from your local customs department. “Freemans clothing” is not responsible for any of these costs.
Tracking numbers are available for UPS delivered packages.

- 3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For US buyers: Below is the delivery time
- USPS Priority Mail = 2 to 3 business days (With Tracking Number)

- 4. Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses within USPS capabilities! All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Sorry, express shipping and tracking capabilities are not available at this time.
Military Deliveries
- Please note that the average delivery time is 18 to 45 days
- Must enter APO or FPO as your city and select AP, AA, or AE as your state from the pull down box.
P.O. Box Deliveries
- Please note that the average delivery time is 7 to 30 days
- 5. Which credit cards do you accept?

We ONLY accept payments by PAYPAL.
- 6. Does Freemans clothing accept checks?
We're sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
- 7. What are your shipping rates?
All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.
- 8. How do I cancel my freemans-clothing.com order?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. However, you are welcome to call us at (214) 530-7707, and if we are able to assist you we will certainly do so.
- 9. Do you offer C.O.D.?

Sorry, we do not offer C.O.D. All orders must be paid in full before your package will be mailed out.
- 10. What is your return policy?

It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your Freemans Clothing merchandise
- Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping).
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date.
- All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags and labels attached.
- Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form
- Footwear: Must be returned in it's original box, meaning the actual footwear box . Any returns sent back in a different box or without a box will not be accept.

Att: Returns Dept:- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and a copy of your invoice enclosed in your package.
- In a sealed insured package, mail your package to Freemans Clothing (address provided above) along with the return form.
- You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
- Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.
- You can enter in multiple style #s on the return/exchange form and note in comments which is your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices.
- 11. Will there be sales tax added to my order?
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to the state of TEXAS customers will pay 8.25%
- 12. Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?

Sorry, but at Freemans Clothing, all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be available at a later date. The only way to reserve those items is to complete your order as soon as possible

Providing us with your email address means we can send you two very important emails: One is a copy of the order that you place with us, and the other is a notification that your package has been shipped. We may also use email if it is necessary to contact you regarding your order. If you choose to receive newsletter emails from us about new items' arrival, then we will be pleased to do that for you. We will not send you spam emails, and we will not give your email address to anyone else.
